1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • The product is in original packaging
  • The product is not damaged or tampered with

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or opened
  • Hygiene seal is broken (for sanitary products)
  • Request exceeds the return window
  • Product damage is caused by misuse

⚠️ Due to hygiene reasons, sanitary products are generally non-returnable unless damaged or defective.


3. Buy-Back (Company Discretion)

  • Buy-back may be offered only for manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries.
  • Approval is subject to product inspection.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement may be offered for damaged or defective items.
  • Customers must notify support within 48 hours of delivery.
