This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between LUVIXA (“Smartway Solutions Pvt Ltd”), operating through its official website https://luvixa.store, and the individual (“Direct Seller / User”) who joins online.

By registering or joining online, the User confirms acceptance of the terms below.

1. Eligibility

1. The User must be 18 years or above.
2. The User confirms that all details (Name, Address, ID, Bank details, etc.) are true and accurate.
3. Only individual persons are allowed to join as Direct Sellers (unless otherwise permitted by law).

2. Nature of Business (Direct Selling Compliance)

1. LUVIXA follows a Direct Selling model based on sale of products/services to end consumers.
2. No income is earned merely by recruitment of members.
3. Earnings, if any, are strictly linked to:
   
   • Sale of genuine products/services
   • Performance-based incentives
4. LUVIXA does not operate money circulation scheme.

3. Voluntary Participation

1. Joining LUVIXA is completely voluntary.
2. The User is not an employee, agent, or franchisee of LUVIXA.
3. This Agreement does not create employer–employee relationship.

4. Joining Fees & Product Purchase

1. The User is not required to pay any entry or registration fee merely to join.
2. Any payment made is strictly for:
   
   • Purchase of products
   • Optional business tools (if any)
3. Stock loading is strictly prohibited.
4. Refund / return policy (if applicable) will be governed by LUVIXA’s official policies displayed on https://luvixa.store.

5. Income Disclaimer

1. LUVIXA does not guarantee:
   
   • Fixed income
   • Monthly salary
   • Profit assurance
2. Earnings depend entirely on individual effort, time, and sales capability.
3. Any income examples shown are illustrative only, not promises.

6. Code of Ethics & Conduct

The User agrees:

1. Not to make false, misleading, or exaggerated income claims.
2. Not to force, mislead, or pressure anyone to join.
3. Not to sell products at prices other than those approved by LUVIXA.
4. To follow all consumer protection, tax, and local laws.

Violation may lead to immediate termination.

7. Website & Online Usage

1. Online joining is permitted only through the official website:
   https://luvixa.store
2. Misuse, hacking, copying content, or impersonation is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination & Exit Policy

1. The User may discontinue association at any time without penalty.
2. LUVIXA may terminate membership if:
   
   • False information is provided
   • Code of conduct is violated
   • Illegal activities are found
3. Termination does not entitle the User to claim future incentives.

9. Product Responsibility

1. Products are sold under applicable consumer laws.
2. The User shall not make false medical, health, or guaranteed benefit claims.
3. Any customer complaint must be promptly reported to LUVIXA.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, website content, and brand materials available on https://luvixa.store are the exclusive property of LUVIXA and may not be used without written consent.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

1. Personal data will be used strictly for business and compliance purposes.
2. LUVIXA will not misuse or sell user data, except where legally required.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.

13. Acceptance

By clicking “I Agree”, submitting an online form, or joining through https://luvixa.store, the User confirms acceptance of this MLM / Direct Selling–Compliant Agreement.

DECLARATION
